Sleep deprivation can weaken your decision-making abilities. Also it may lead to slower response time and so on. These things can lead to serious accidents while driving and so on.
So you should replace your mobile phone and other digital devices at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Avoiding coffee in the evening will also help you get a good night’s sleep. Also, trying to spend some time with your family by changing your busy lifestyle is also very helpful to avoid stress and family problems during this time.
