and Rāja yoga.
In the recent past (June 21st 2016)
the Govt. of India promoted Yoga in an international arena.
For a better world Healthy people is the need of the hour. Almost all countries are welcoming Yoga. Yoga, which will reduce stress and strain in day to day life. All wards of life is busy in bread-winning run. People in the recent past realized for their better health awareness and by which they used to visit in gym, yoga centeres and undergoing practice of jogging daily in the morning.
Many diseases are knowingly or unknowingly enteres into human body due to pollution of air, water, and food etc…and many are running, seeking hospitals daily and taking valuable medicines. Many are not knowing the heeling power of diseases with them only by practicing the aforesaid Yoga and other practices.
One of the beauties of the physical practice of yoga is that the poses support and sustain you no matter how old or young, or fit or frail, you come to your mat. As you age, your understanding of asana becomes more sophisticated. You move from working on the external alignment and mechanics of the pose to refining the inner actions to finally just being in the asana.
