- If you wear a mask, you need to learn how to use it and dispose of it properly.
- Before putting on a mask, clean your hands with a hand based on alcohol, rub or soap and water.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a mask and make sure that there are no holes between your face and the mask.
- Do not touch the mask while using it; if you do, clean your hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
- Replace the mask with a fresh one as soon as it is damp, and do not use single-use masks again.
- To remove the mask: remove it from behind (do not touch the front of the mask); dump it immediately in a closed bin; clean hands with hand washing or soap and water based on alcohol
